Micro glass cenospheres: The unique material of the future

Selecting cenosphere depends on the business requirements of the buyer. There are a host of manufacturers who make cenospheres and often cater to different types of needs. While looking for increased flow in the material, hollow glass micro spheres are the best. With its use resin consumption can be highly reduced, level of fillers can be increased and takes down the VOC indicators, effectively. The hollow glass microspheres show isotropism and allow high filling. The shrinkage of the composite material is controlled. The suitable ratio for filling improves hardiness of the products, resistance against impact and hardness of the product.
This type of cenosphere has very low density, which is far less than resins. A small quantity of micro glass spheres can replace heavier materials. While comparing between cost / unit volume and cost / unit weight these types of cenospheres have an edge. Hence, they can reduce cost.  Due to low density a small amount of glass microspheres can do the work. For example 14 kg of talc can be replaced by only 1 kg of glass microspheres. The desired density of a material can be achieved by adding a small amount of cenosphere. With the help of cenospheres, the slurry density of cement can be reduced.
Hollow glass cenosphere is ultra light weight, inorganic, non-metallic, high performance and versatile, which has been developed recently. Experts believe that it is a unique material which will change the scenario.
